This project needs to clearly advance your academic level and it should represent concepts covered during the Spring 2018 semester. In addition, and equally important the image should showcase your strong picture making skills.

Objectives:
Visually represent the selected theme
Identify and execute a formal compositional model, select one or more discussed throughout the semester
Complete the creative process

Manage your time
Complete the written statement
Evaluate your picture for impact and determine if it is accurate to the theme
View this assignment as an exercise in critical thinking and problem solving

Written Statement: (statement is due at the beginning of class 05/21)
Minimum 300 words, typed. The content of the statement should include and describe your thought process and path you took to complete this illustration. This picture should have the weight and depth of a final project found in a college class. The statement should address how you the compositional model was used to advance the idea of the illustration. In addition, the statement should include your creative rationale and explain why this picture possesses the qualities of a final project. Discuss how the imagery represents the theme, and be thoughtful in the statement, discuss any picture making problems and areas of success, include other information that you feel is relevant.

Comprehensive plus 3 completed color studies:
